Quotes
- Quotes are free. Most are based on the photos and details you send by text.
- Your price is confirmed with you before any work is booked.
- If the job turns out to be different from what was described or shown, we will explain what changed and agree any new price with you before doing extra work.

You can supply materials yourself, or we can pick them up. Who supplies what, and how materials are charged, is agreed as part of your quote.
Payment
We accept Interac e-Transfer, cash or bank draft. Payment timing is agreed in your quote.
Scheduling
We agree a time with you when the job is booked. If either of us needs to change it, we will let the other know as early as possible by call or text.
Work that needs a licensed trade
Work that requires a licensed electrician, plumber or gas fitter in Alberta, such as new wiring, new plumbing lines or gas work, is not done by Kaur Handyman and will be referred to a licensed trade. Swapping a light fixture on an existing box is handyman work. Permits, where required for referred work, are the responsibility of the licensed trade or the property owner.
Your part
- Give us safe access to the work area at the agreed time.
- Tell us about anything that could affect the job, such as known damage, hazards, condo or HOA rules, or pets in the home.
- If you are not the owner, make sure you have the owner's or landlord's permission for the work.
